The year 2014 is proving to be quite the eventful one for Nirvana considering it's been 20 years since the Kurt Cobain suicide. The group will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year (will take place on April 10) and now comes word that the late Kurt Cobain will be celebrated annually in his hometown of Aberdeen, USA.
On April 5, 1994, in the guest house behind his Seattle home, Cobain committed suicide.
It will certainly be a time of reflection on the music that left such a lasting impact on the world.
